Janice Edwards (On the Right) - Village Manager

Janice has had a longstanding relationship of well over 10 years with The Elms Estate but more particularly with many of the residents of the village.

Janice brings a wealth of experience in managing the complexities of village life and balancing the needs and wants of a very diverse group of people.

She takes on her role with a warm, caring and easy going disposition.

In her spare time Janice loves Gardening, Eating our with Friends and Family and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Fran Stimson (On The Left) - Sales Advisor

Fran has been the lead on most of our residents introduction to The Elms over the past 15 years.  Nothing is too much trouble for Fran as she has helped hundreds of folks in their decision to enjoy all that Retirement Living has to offer.    Her happy, welcoming and open manner make the process so easy for Retirees genuinely considering The Elms.

In her spare time Fran enjoys Kayaking, Camping and spending time with her husband Charlie and two daughters.
