Our new Macedon Ranges village receives a great response.

What a busy time it has been and we have been overjoyed with the response we have received as we launched Westport Estate, at New Gisborne in the Macedon Ranges.

Westport Estate will bring together the old-world charm of an historic homestead and gardens restored to exacting standards, to create a unique living environment. Offering a range of living options with high quality appointments and landscaping by Paul Bangay.

Within this garden wonderland will be high-spec homes, with choices of floor plans and finishes. The villas will feature lofty ceilings, European kitchen appliances, built-in robes, alarm security and established gardens.

We’ve been marketing in the local papers and a couple of local magazines as well as through Facebook and Instagram and we have had enquiries from all over the Macedon Ranges as well as some from further afield. We have as a consequence, had a lot of visitors to the site, with many coming back a number of times to enjoy the gardens and to register their interest for us to hold a home in their name. In fact we have almost sold out the whole of stage 1 which has brought forward our release of stage 2.  A number of people have also made us aware that they would be keen to secure homes once we get accurate timing on our construction schedule.

To that end we are over the next few weeks reviewing our CIVIL design meaning the underground engineering of stormwater, water, telecommunications, electricity and sewer networks and we anticipate lodging those designs with the appropriate authorities by mid winter.  We are very hopeful still of commencing works onsite for building roads and services toward the end of the year.
